Episode 12 of “Ministry Minded” features pastor Byron Yawn
In this week’s episode, Byron Yawn joins the show to talk with Brad about Fundamentalism, Calvinism, and the big picture of Reformed Theology. Byron gives clear insight into the “edifice” of Reformed thought, providing a look at these doctrines that you probably haven’t heard or considered before. He also touches on the subject of leaving Fundamentalism and transition to a more Confessional perspective, and what led him to that change.
Byron is the senior pastor of Community Bible Church in Nashville, TN, where he lives and serves with his wife and family. He’s also the host of “Theocast,” a podcast full of brief musings on eternal matters . . . and food. He’s the author of a few books, an ardent apologist for Reformed thought, and writer for the “Theocast” blog. You can follow him on Twitter, @byronyawn.
