A Man:
1. Understands he was created equal but different than women.
2. Understands he was created to Glorify God by enjoying him forever.
3. Understands the Glory of God is seen most clearly in the face of Christ Jesus.
4. Sees the value not just the commands of providing, leading and specific, sacrificial, servant, sanctifying love.
5. Sees this by seeing and experiencing Christ leadership and his specific, sacrificial, servant, sanctifying love for His bride.
6. Knows that Manhood is not a sociological construct but a biblical reality.
7. Knows that taking sacrificial responsibility for his family and his church is more life giving than living for himself.
8. Wrestles and fights his sin with the power of the Gospel, while discipling his family (If he has one) and men of the church to do the same.
9. Discovers his God-given gifts and uses them appropriately.
10. Is not scared of confrontation nor is he looking for it.
11. He leads his family theologically.
12. As the head of his home he works hard to provide, makes decisions that are best for his wife, family, and church even if it is at his expense.
13. He is not a coward and he is not a chest beating fool.
And much more.
