But, that was me for the first few years of preaching ministry. Preacher, if this is you do you really want people leaving a service saying &#8220;Can you believe he said that&#8221; (Mild cuss words, all sorts of slang, unnecessary sex talk)? Would you not rather people leave saying &#8220;Can you believe he said that&#8221; referring to unbridled preaching of the grace of God. The gospel is the most shocking news of all. It will drop jaws, redden cheeks, clinch a fist, create tears, inspire worship, or send people running.
