There is no other possibility, because the race for self-perfection always turns us inward and therefore away from the only source of help- God&#8217;s mercy and grace. The fires of hell at the end of that road are set ablaze with billions of self-help messages that whisper Satan&#8217;s lie: &#8220;You will be like God&#8221;.
