I used the word &#8220;actually&#8221;. Certainly there are many appropriate ways to use this word, but on this one occasion my misuse of the word revealed a lot about myself. I was in a discipleship meeting and the man across from me said something very insightful. My response was &#8220;That is actually very helpful&#8221;. Did you catch that? 3 quick thoughts.<br \/>1. I insinuated that I was surprised by insight of my friend.<br \/>2. My arrogance was revealed. I thought if anyone would bring such good insight it would be me.<br \/>3. I revealed an insecurity about myself. I wanted to be the wise one.<\/p>\n<p>So&#8230;..
