    1) The Sin of Adam & Eve <\/b><\/div>\n
    Vs 1-6: The Sin of Eve <\/b><\/div>\n
    Satan’s Tactics <\/b><\/div>\n

      \n
    • Did God actually say? <\/li>\n
    • \n
        \n
      • Got Eve to question God’s word.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • You can be like God. He is holding back on you. <\/li>\n
      • \n
          \n
        • Eve liked the idea of being like God. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Everything seemed right. Tree looked good. The serpents word and Eve’s option seemed to line up. <\/span><\/li>\n
        • \n
            \n
          • It felt right. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Eve trusted that she knew best. I want it “ALL”. What the world has to offer is better than God. <\/span><\/li>\n
          • Delight to the eyes, make one wise, make me like God. <\/span><\/li>\n
          • Eve believed Satan’s word and her understanding more than God’s word.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Vs 6: The Sin of Adam <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

            • He was right there with her. <\/span><\/li>\n
            • Adam failed to protect, work, keep Eve for her good. <\/span><\/li>\n
            • He passively stood by and watched. He did nothing. <\/span><\/li>\n
            • He listened to Satan and Eve’s word over God’s. <\/span><\/li>\n
            • He did what seemed right to him. <\/span><\/li>\n
            • Did not do what God told him to do. Did what God told him not to do. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              Vs 8-13: More Sin <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

              • Shame<\/span><\/li>\n
              • God called to the Man <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Did you do what I said not to do? <\/span><\/li>\n
              • \n
                  \n
                • “God its your fault”<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Adam blames Eve and God. <\/span><\/li>\n
                • Sick. Adam blames God for his own sin. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Eve blames the serpent. <\/span><\/li>\n

                    \n
                  • Neither take responsibility. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
                    2) The Results of the Fall <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
                    Vs 16: The Woman <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

                      \n
                    • Birth pain<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Misguided desire. Look to him “or other things” for what only can be found in God. <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Oppression <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      Vs 17-19: The Man <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
                      \n
                        \n
                      • Ground is cursed. <\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Work is hard. <\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Death <\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Passive cowardice.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Chauvinism. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Adam and Eve are our Representatives of Humanity. <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

                        We all are in sin. Spiritually Dead. <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
                        Rom 3:23 <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

                        <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
                        3) Jesus Prevails <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
                        \n
                          \n
                        • Jesus obeys as the perfect Human <\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Jesus trusts the Word of God when he is tempted. He quotes God’s word rather than questioning God’s word. <\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Jesus takes responsibility. Instead of blaming His bride he takes the blame for the sin of His bride. <\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Jesus protects and keeps his wife. <\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Instead of failing in the garden He declares “Not my will but Yours” <\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Jesus was exposed naked and felt shame even though He sinned not. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          So…….. To married men and women who are redeemed by Jesus. What does God say now about marriage? <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
